Our extra-curricular highlights
Student leadership opportunities
As a team building opportunity we annually attend the Halogen National Young Leaders Conference with our school leaders. This is an exciting, motivating event and an opportunity for our young leaders to set goals for the year as role models in our school.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.
Trips and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world.
Debating and public speaking
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.
Lunchtime interest-based clubs
Lunchtime activities, such as tech and art groups, are available for students to explore and learn, fostering creativity and furthering their knowledge.
Sharky Shack
The Sharky Shack is open at break times to provide an alternate space for students during break times. The shack provides alternate activities that include board games, toys and books.
